UBM has completed the residential project Timber Prague in the Arcus City complex.

For those interested in sustainable, healthy, and elegant living, the developer has prepared a show apartment. Currently, the 'Open House Days' event is taking place, which is open to the public and allows for tours of the project every weekday at 1 PM. Sales are exclusively managed by the Lexxus Norton real estate agency.

The modern apartment buildings made from CLT panels include a total of 62 units with layouts ranging from 1-bedroom to 4-bedroom apartments, with sizes from 39 m² to 110 m². Each apartment comes with a storage unit, a parking space in underground garages, a balcony, a terrace, or a front garden. The project is characterized by a strong focus on sustainability and environmental friendliness. The houses feature several energy-efficient elements, such as heat pumps, geothermal wells, and photovoltaic panels. The windows are fitted with exterior blinds. The apartments have underfloor heating that provides cooling in summer and heating in winter. The Smart Home system regulates heating and cooling and monitors energy consumption.

The buildings are part of the new Arcus City district, located at the boundary of the Řeporyje and Stodůlky districts, which offer all necessary civic amenities. The new neighborhood is characterized by a peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere, enhanced by the beautiful surrounding nature. Nearby, there are schools, kindergartens, supermarkets, restaurants, healthcare facilities, a post office, and other shops. A bus stop connecting the residential complex with the B metro stations – Stodůlky and Luka – will soon be in operation, ensuring excellent access to the center of Prague (about 20 minutes). For pleasant walks, residents can visit the nearby Prokopské and Dalejské Valleys or the Řepora Bio Park. The surrounding area also includes cycling paths and children's playgrounds.
