At the meeting we will focus on identifying barriers in the area of sustainable operation of buildings. The longest phase of a building's life cycle is mainly related to energy consumption. Increasing the efficiency of its use is an intensively addressed topic, intensified by the current geopolitical situation. From a global point of view, energy consumption is one of the main sources of greenhouse gas emissions. However, the operational condition of a building also includes other qualitative aspects such as durability of structures, reliability of technologies, optimization in time of variable operation, etc.
