We invite you to visit the Timber Prague residential project, the first multi-storey residential wooden building in the modern history of the capital, which is realized by UBM Development Czechia. The Timber Praha project is part of the Arcus City residential complex in Prague-Řeporyje and presents 4 modern buildings made of massive wooden CLT panels. The houses include a total of 62 units with dispositions of 1+kk to 4+kk, the final approval is planned for the end of 2024.
The project is implemented with BREEAM certification with the aim of achieving the BREEAM Excellent level and with an energy certificate in the most economical category A.
