We invite you to a unique tour of the first completed project from the 1st stage of Smíchov City, the administrative building Na Knížecí office – SM1.
Na Knížecí office is a part of the extensive reconstruction project of the former Smíchov freight station of the Sekyra Group company. The architect of the house is the A69 studio, designed by CASUA.
The building creates a classic building block with the newly approved SM2 apartment building as we know it from the existing development, e.g. Smíchov or Vinohrady with a functional courtyard. The building is certified as BREEAM Excellent.
As part of the tour we will visit the basement areas with garages, technical facilities and e.g. a wheelbarrow for up to 50 bikes. We will go through the entrance floor, where we will look into the control room and the rental floor prepared for the completion of the tenant's fitout. Then the roof terrace and finally, we will visit the first part of the pedestrian zone with a cycle path and park adaptations, which is planned in the length of almost a kilometer from Knížecí to Smíchovské nádraží.
