We invite you to a unique guided tour of the new Roztyly Plaza office building, located in Prague 11, right next to the Roztyly metro station. This seven-story building was designed by Aulík Fišer Architekti in harmony with the nearby Krčský Forest, with the primary goal of creating an attractive work environment that also supports life beyond the office.
Roztyly Plaza offers state-of-the-art office spaces, as well as civic amenities, convenient transportation access, and, thanks to the adjacent natural park Nové Roztyly and Krčský Forest, surrounding greenery with numerous spots for relaxation and promoting a healthy lifestyle. This combination makes Roztyly Plaza a unique office concept that addresses the evolving needs of modern companies and their employees.
As the first building in a planned development, you will also have the opportunity to visit the adjoining Nové Roztyly area. You will learn about the development concept of the former Interlov slaughterhouse brownfield, which includes further construction phases encompassing additional office and residential developments, the enhancement of public spaces, and green areas, including the creation of a 4-hectare public park.
