Green Walk – Green Talk: Respect for Renewal – The Circular Reconstruction of the SAZKA Building

We invite you to a guided tour of the planned complete reconstruction of the SAZKA building, originally designed in the early 1990s. We are currently working on an architectural study and conceptual designs, including a new facade and spatial modifications.

A Modern & Sustainable Vision

Our goal is to create a modern Class A office building that is flexible, provides a high-quality working environment, and supports not only work but also leisure activities for employees. We aim to restore its architectural significance within the cityscape.

Circularity as a Core Principle

This project is based on resource efficiency and sustainable management. It goes beyond recycling—we prioritize material reuse and the incorporation of high-recycled-content materials. For example, we are considering premium recycled aluminum for the facade and glass with a high proportion of recycled content.
