Green Walk - Green Talk: ELK Experience Center in Vienna

We invite you to the all-day event Green Walk - Green Talk: ELK Experience Center in Vienna. This innovative center represents the pinnacle of modern construction, focused on timber buildings and prefabricated structures that are environmentally friendly. With over 65 years of experience, ELK is a leader in timber construction in Austria and is gradually expanding its operations across Europe.

The ELK Experience Center offers a customer journey experience, from material selection to the final project, including the use of the latest technologies such as virtual reality. It is located in Blaue Lagune, one of the largest and most modern exhibition centers for construction technologies and housing in Europe.

PROGRAM

• Welcome by a member of the ELK board and introduction to the company: History and ELK's journey to market dominance and expansion into Europe.

• Experience Center Tour: Walk through the entire customer journey of choosing a house. The tour will also include trying virtual reality with 3D glasses and a walk-through of a selected house.

• Show Home Tour: Guided tour of ELK Vision and ELK Design show homes.

• Lecture by an Architect: Trends in sustainability and modern timber construction.

• Prefabrication and Modularity: Discussion on prefabrication and modularity in modern construction.

The event will be interpreted into Czech if required. Refreshments will be provided throughout the event.

TRANSPORTATION

• By train: We recommend the following train connections:

  • Outbound: RJ 1030 RegioJet – 06:15 Prague Main Station → 10:21 Vienna Main Station.
  • Return: RJ 1030 RegioJet – 17:36 Vienna Main Station → 21:37 Prague Main Station.

  Transportation will be provided from Vienna Main Station to the ELK Experience Center and back.

• By car: Meeting point for participants at 10:55 at the ELK Experience Center, Blaue Lagune Parzelle 50, 2351 Wiener Neudorf (map).
