The buildings are part of the final stage of the prestigious residential area, which was built in the last decade.
It is adjacent to the nature park "Košíře - Motol", which includes a natural monument Table Mountain Vidoule, one of Prague's highest hills.
In terms of sustainability, Botanica K (1,2) is the first residential project in the Czech Republic to be verified by an independent third party. The internationally recognized BREEAM certification takes place at various stages of the project life cycle and is based on established environmental, social and economic quality standards.
The block of flats received BREEAM certificate for the scheme "International New Construction 2013 - Residential" at the Excellent level.
