Implementation of the measure: OPTIMAL Engineering
The QUBIX 4 office building has achieved LEED Platinum certification as one of the first in the Czech Republic. OPTIMAL Engineering was the main investor's partner for building certification and LEED related certification services.
Designed and implemented building systems such as cooling and heating ceilings or rainwater flushing bring savings in operating costs, which are continuously monitored and evaluated in the Measurement & Verification process.
