Best of Realty
The competition annually awards projects that represent the successes and abilities of architects, builders, designers, developers and, last but not least, real estate agents in their sale or lease.
You can apply for the title in 6 categories – Residential projects, New administrative centres, Reconstructed offices, Business centres, Hotels, Industrial and logistics areas. Send an electronic application form, completed nomination form no later than 2nd September 2022 along with quality photos of the project exterior and interior.

Announcement of the results and award of the best projects will take place at a gala evening on the 15th November 2022, the venue of which is traditionally Prague's Forum Karlín.
The competition also includes the Special Jury Prize, the ARTN Prize, the Readers' Prize, the Hall of Fame Best of Realty and the Environmentally Friendly Project Award, which is selected from all nominated projects by the Czech Green Building Council as the guarantor of the category.
